เรียนทีมงาน ขออัปเดตเรื่อง Revision ของ BOM โดยผลการทบทวนปัจจุบันพบความเสี่ยงว่า ชิ้นส่วน Revision ผิดถูกนำเข้าสู่การผลิต Action ถัดไปคือ เปรียบเทียบ BOM ที่ Release แล้วกับรายการที่ใช้ผลิตจริง กรุณาทบทวน ECN ที่อนุมัติและ BOM ที่ Release แล้ว และยืนยัน Gap ที่ยังเหลือ Owner และ Due Date หากมีความเสี่ยงที่อาจกระทบผลลัพธ์หรือกำหนดเวลา กรุณา Escalate ทันที และเราจะอัปเดตอีกครั้งหลัง Verify หลักฐานเรียบร้อย
