PCBA English: Root Cause

1. สิ่งที่ต้องสื่อสารให้ชัด

เมื่อคุยเรื่อง root-cause analysis ให้แยกเป็น 5 ส่วน: Current status → Evidence → Risk/Impact → Action/Owner → Deadline/Next update.

• Current status: บอกสิ่งที่กำลังเกิด ไม่ใช้คำกว้าง ๆ เช่น “have problem” อย่างเดียว
• Evidence: อ้างอิงข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับ occurrence cause, escape cause, evidence, and verification
• Risk: ถ้ายังไม่เกิดแน่นอน ใช้ may/might/could แทนการพูดเป็นข้อเท็จจริง
• Action: ระบุว่าใครทำอะไร และจะเสร็จเมื่อไร
