1. สิ่งที่ต้องสื่อสารให้ชัด

เมื่อคุยเรื่อง process capability ให้แยกเป็น 5 ส่วน: Current status → Evidence → Risk/Impact → Action/Owner → Deadline/Next update.

• Current status: บอกสิ่งที่กำลังเกิด ไม่ใช้คำกว้าง ๆ เช่น “have problem” อย่างเดียว
• Evidence: อ้างอิงข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับ specification width, process variation, centering, and Cpk
• Risk: ถ้ายังไม่เกิดแน่นอน ใช้ may/might/could แทนการพูดเป็นข้อเท็จจริง
• Action: ระบุว่าใครทำอะไร และจะเสร็จเมื่อไร

3. Grammar ที่ใช้จริง

• Present Continuous สำหรับ Current Status: is/are + V-ing

• First Conditional สำหรับ Risk: If + Present Simple, may/will + V1
• Passive Voice สำหรับ Report: The lot was segregated.
• Could you please…? สำหรับ Request แบบสุภาพ

4. ฝึกพูด

พูดให้ได้โดยไม่อ่านทั้งประโยค: “Current status is… / We found… / The main risk is… / Our action is… / I will update you by…”

5. Email Pattern

Request → Reason → Deadline: Could you please confirm the process capability? We need to verify specification width, process variation, centering, and Cpk before the next build. Please provide your confirmation by [time].
