How do you prioritize when several urgent issues happen at the same time?

I prioritize by safety, customer impact, production risk, and time sensitivity. I separate true blockers from normal follow-up, assign clear owners, and escalate early when the team lacks authority or time. I also communicate what will be handled first and why.
