I currently focus on process design, NPI transfer, yield improvement, capacity, and cross-functional problem solving. In my daily work, I prioritize safety, quality, delivery, and clear communication. One example is that I improved first-pass yield by linking defect data with process parameters and verifying the countermeasure.
