I currently focus on RFQ, PO, lead time, price negotiation, delivery follow-up, and supplier performance. In my daily work, I prioritize safety, quality, delivery, and clear communication. One example is that I avoided a line stop by negotiating a partial shipment while keeping the normal order on schedule.
