How do you manage the trial build result in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing the trial report, defect log, and approved criteria. I then worked with the responsible team to compare actual defects and process observations with the acceptance criteria. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the trial build result met the agreed requirement.
