In my previous role, I started by reviewing setup verification, first-piece result, and machine log. I then worked with the responsible team to verify feeder setup, nozzle condition, polarity, rotation, and program revision. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the placement process met the agreed requirement.
