In my previous role, I started by reviewing AOI program revision, defect images, and verification result. I then worked with the responsible team to review program coverage, threshold, golden sample, and false-call rate. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the AOI inspection condition met the agreed requirement.
