In my previous role, I started by reviewing ICT program revision, GR&R result, and failure log. I then worked with the responsible team to review test points, limits, fixture contact, false failure, and escape risk. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the ICT test coverage met the agreed requirement.
