How do you manage the functional test condition in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing FCT program, golden unit correlation, and defect analysis. I then worked with the responsible team to verify test sequence, limit, firmware, fixture, and reference unit. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the functional test condition met the agreed requirement.
