How do you manage the test fixture condition in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing maintenance history, contact resistance check, and correlation result. I then worked with the responsible team to verify contact pins, wiring, calibration, maintenance, and spare readiness. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the test fixture condition met the agreed requirement.
