In my previous role, I started by reviewing SPC chart, Cpk study, MSA, and reaction records. I then worked with the responsible team to review control limits, Cpk, special causes, reaction plan, and measurement system. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the process capability met the agreed requirement.
