How do you manage the line capacity in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing time study, capacity model, and production history. I then worked with the responsible team to compare cycle time, takt time, bottleneck, uptime, and manpower against demand. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the line capacity met the agreed requirement.
