How do you manage the line balance in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing standard work, time study, and output trend. I then worked with the responsible team to review work content, operator loading, walking, waiting, and bottleneck losses. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the line balance met the agreed requirement.
