How do you manage the tooling readiness in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing tooling list, acceptance record, and maintenance status. I then worked with the responsible team to confirm quantity, condition, calibration, spare parts, and model compatibility. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the tooling readiness met the agreed requirement.
