How do you manage the reliability validation in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing test plan, raw data, failure analysis, and final report. I then worked with the responsible team to confirm sample plan, stress condition, duration, acceptance criteria, and failure review. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the reliability validation met the agreed requirement.
