How do you manage the production transfer readiness in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing transfer checklist, validation result, and open-item tracker. I then worked with the responsible team to verify documents, tooling, programs, material, training, capacity, and validation at the new site. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the production transfer readiness met the agreed requirement.
