How do you manage the three-way match in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing the PO, GR, invoice, and approved variance record. I then worked with the responsible team to compare the purchase order, goods receipt, and supplier invoice. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the three-way match met the agreed requirement.
