How do you manage the inventory balance in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing the stock ledger, count result, valuation report, and adjustment approval. I then worked with the responsible team to reconcile book stock, physical count, valuation, in-transit, and obsolete items. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the inventory balance met the agreed requirement.
