How do you manage the accounting team performance in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing the closing dashboard, issue log, review notes, and management update. I then worked with the responsible team to prioritize close-critical items, coach reviewers, manage risk, and communicate decisions clearly. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the accounting team performance met the agreed requirement.
