I currently focus on commodity strategy, TCO, dual sourcing, risk management, negotiation strategy, and supplier portfolio. In my daily work, I prioritize safety, quality, delivery, and clear communication. One example is that I reduced single-source exposure while improving total cost through a dual-source strategy.
