In my previous role, I started by reviewing process parameter record and solder defect trend. I then worked with the responsible team to verify flux, preheat, solder temperature, conveyor speed, and contact time. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the wave soldering condition met the agreed requirement.
