How do you manage the trial balance in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing the trial balance, account movement, and reconciliation support. I then worked with the responsible team to investigate unusual balances, mapping, and period movements before reporting. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the trial balance met the agreed requirement.
