How do you manage the rework process in your work?

In my previous role, I started by reviewing rework record, operator qualification, and inspection result. I then worked with the responsible team to control tip temperature, dwell time, flux, ESD, and workmanship criteria. I documented the result, tracked any remaining risk, and followed up until the rework process met the agreed requirement.
